How You Can Build Up YourSelf For Six Pack Out Fit

  1.  Consider taking 1-2 Glasses of water early in the morning few minutes after you are awake from sleep.
  2. From 8-9am, go in for breakfast. You may take pap, tea, or any lighted food that will not pop up your stomach and make you heavy.
  3. 11am-12pm  this time around you do not need to eat heavy too just go in for snacks and make it look little bit satisfying; ofcourse you cannot spend much resources on snacks trying to be full.
  4. Go for lunch take foods like wheat, soup, rice, beans, yam etc. From 1-2pm. This time around try to be heavy a little but don't take much.
  5. 4-5pm for so many people do not consider taking anything but if necessarily you are a type that loves eating that much then you may just consider taking a little of snacks, while preparing yourself for dinner.
  6. Then for dinner time, which is from 7-8pm, consider taking your dinner to be something very light like rice, or and other lengthy stuffs, including beverages. Most people consider taking this in the night but it is not proper for building up your six pack.
  7. 9-10pm and beyond; this is not necessary to talk about but if you should feel like taking anything then consider taking milk and then have a deep sleep. Sleeping should not exceed 6am. Wake up and do your normal exercise chores and continue dieting. Never sleep using the sided method. Sleep facing your ceiling.
