Step 1: Log in to your facebook Account from a computer and go to the particular group you would like to add members to

Step 3: Now wait for it to load all your friends and when its done adding them you should see a message saying "Invited".

So thats it, but its recommended you do it once per Account so you don't get blocked! Don't try to over use it.
